Ginga, an editorial intended for a piece about City of God, but during my visual research I got to see how footballers in Rio move like they're sort of dancing, which birthed Ginga, a piece about how Brazilian football is rooted in capoeira, a Brazilian martial art/dance ritual, and how you can see it in everyday football in Brazil. This piece is built upon the ties between capoeira and Brazilian football and it's impact.

It's expressed with the man on the cover doing a capoeira move, as well as the scratches on the cover representing the ground on which both the martial art and the sport are performed. The colours applied were, of course, intentional as they brought life to the editorial the way Brazil is full of life in every aspect.
